Replacing the electrode
  1. Properly unscrew the sealing ring in the lower part of the meter.
  2. Remove the defected/old electrode by gently pulling it.
  3. Carefully place the new electrode with the recess in the correct position so that the connectors properly connect and do not damage the meter or electrode.
  4. Check that the rubber seal is properly placed.
  5. Tightly tighten the sealing ring.
  6. Calibrate the meter as described in this manual.
  7. The meter is now ready for use.

Warranty

Covered

  1. This device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. The electrode is warranted for six months.
  2. The warranty will be effective from the purchase date by the consumer. This warranty rule doesn’t apply to distributors, please contact your sales agent for more warranty details applied to distributors.
  3. Provide a proof of purchase (via receipt) when applying for the warranty.
  4. For warranty service, contact your purchase point.
  5. During the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced, if the defect is due to the state of materials and workmanship. during the time of purchase. 
  6. After the repair of your product, the warranty will not be prolonged. 
  7. If the same product isn’t available anymore, we will replace your product with a similar product. 

Not covered

  1. For each product we have a troubleshooting warranty video available. In this video we provide more details on what isn’t covered by warranty for your purchased item. 
  2. The product is obviously used and full of dirt and damage. 
  3. Broken glassware and water damage outside of warranty.
  4. Damage and faults by inaccurate use of product and maintenance care. 
  5. Damage by weather.
  6. Damage by use of parts from other brands than Aqua Master Tools.
  7. Damage by repairs done by other than Aqua Master Tools authorized dealers.
